Core Conditioning

A 20 minute fast class which is aimed at increasing your core stability and strength. This class will incorporate bodyweight movements alongside the latest suspension training technology to give you a core workout like no other.

Monday 5.30pm - 5.50pm

Tuesday 6.40am - 7am & 11.30am - 11.50am

Wednesday 5.30pm - 5.50pm

Thursday 6.10pm - 6.30pm

Friday 1pm - 1.20pm & 5.30pm - 5.50pm

Saturday 1pm - 1.20pm

Sunday 1.30pm - 1.50pm
