A 25 minute high intensity exercise class which is based solely on bodyweight movements. The class has been designed specifically by our gym team and uses a pyramid training model to give you one of the best metabolic workouts around!

Monday 6.45am - 7.15am
Tuesday 1pm - 1.20pm
Wednedsay  6.45am - 7.15am
Thursday 1pm - 1.30pm
Friday 7am - 7.30am
