Working Pattern - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year. The post holder will be required to work a range of shifts.

Role Summary
You will lead the Fitness team, working a variety of shifts and manage and co-ordinate the Gyms Day to day operations. You will ensure the centre runs smoothly, in accordance with all legal requirements and health and safety guidelines.
Working closely with the Centre Manager, Operations Manager and your Duty Managers, you will promote and encourage the wider use of the centre and facilities to increase both usage and income.
From optimising group exercise schedules to ensuring every new member feels welcomed and motivated, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and vibe within the CentreMain Duties
